The Boogie Down: Boog & Surf Contest
May 28 @ 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
We’re gonna boogie down and surf for a good cause on Sunday, May 28!
Join us to raise funds for one of our own, the Bitzer ʻohana, to help offset medical costs for their four-year-old son James who was recently diagnosed with stage 4 Neuroblastoma. James is currently in New York with his mom and sister to receive specialized treatment, while dad continues to commute between Hawaii and New York.
The Boog ‘n Surf contest is to celebrate our love of wave riding and come together as one community, one ʻohana, in support of the Bitzers.
There will also be a pop-up market on the lawn and free CPR, First Aid, H20 administration and AED administration by the Hawaii Junior Lifeguard Alliance and Never Off Duty.
Following the Boog ‘n Surf contest take your boogie down dance skills upstairs to The LookOut for a free concert from 3-6 p.m. featuring Kalauili, Johnny Be Good, and Natural Vibrations.
